Sierra Howell, NP, is an active-duty pediatric nurse practitioner in Bethesda, MD, caring for children of military and foreign military families from a wide range of backgrounds. She hopes PPP training will broaden her mental health knowledge and enable her to care for her patients with unique needs from a variety of backgrounds.
