Participants will learn how to effectively detect and respond to trauma in the pediatric primary care setting. Participants can earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ by completing the two course components: a dynamic full-day workshop focused on building knowledge, skills, and confidence in addressing youth trauma and four, follow-up case-based group learning calls to help participants implement the principles learned during the workshop.
“I came into the course as a general pediatrician with no training or experience in pediatric mental health management Following the course, I now feel empowered, equipped and most importantly, supported to go back home and implement meaningful change in my practice.”
