Sukhwinder Kaur, NP, is a nurse practitioner in Perth Amboy, NJ, serving a diverse community at an FQHC, where many families face language and insurance barriers to mental health care. PPP training will strengthen her confidence in developing treatment plans and managing common mental health conditions within primary care. She routinely uses translation services and helps families navigate the healthcare system, including connecting patients with social work and counseling resources.
