Kristine Garcia, MD, is a pediatrician in Fresno, CA, who looks forward to the PPP training improving timely access to mental health care and strengthening her confidence in using current treatment recommendations. She also looks forward to bringing what she learns to the medical students and residents she teaches. In a highly religious community, she values cultural competence and works to provide individualized support and guidance to patients of all identities.
