Kristin Lucas, MD, is a pediatrician in a Federally Qualified Health Center in Harvey, IL. As part of her commitment to equity in mental health care, she conducts mental health screenings and referrals when performing school physicals as part of her urban clinic’s mobile operations. She hopes to use her new REACH training to further break down mental health stigma in communities of color and get the word out about free pediatric mental health resources for local residents.
