Julia Bender Stern, MD, is a pediatrician in San Diego, California advocating for children’s health at both the clinical and legislative levels. She is committed to providing care to underserved populations and has actively worked to connect patients with necessary resources and support systems. With her training, she intends to continue her advocacy and work to expand access to mental health care for all children, as well as more effectively address her own patients’ concerns.
