Ari Zimmer, MD, is a pediatrician in New York, NY, who believes that assessing mental health is an essential part of caring for adolescents. He prioritizes advocacy for patients with ADHD, drawing on his own experiences to help families understand and pursue equitable school accommodations. The PPP will provide Dr. Zimmer with a foundation for integrating psychiatric and pediatric care for children in communities facing significant social and economic barriers.Β
