Leah Spatafore, MD, is a pediatrician with the Indian Health Service in Shiprock, NM, focused on providing evidence-based, culturally grounded mental health care to Native American adolescents in Northern New Mexico. She is committed to addressing the effects of historical and structural trauma and providing underserved adolescents with culturally responsive support and stability; PPP training will strengthen her skills and support her long-term goal of increasing access to mental health medication management in the state.
