Michelle Floyd, MD, is a pediatrician and medical director in Coral Gables, FL. She works with a diverse patient population and collaborates with behavioral health hubs to improve services for children on Medicaid. Her REACH training will support her leadership in resident education and advocacy. She plans to use the training to deepen her work with a Florida behavioral health hub, train family medicine residents, and improve access to services for children with Medicaid.
